) would just take away from the game play and make the game more about getting stuff instead of trying to hack, slash, burn, fry, freeze, smash, confuse, stupify, exhuast, and kill as many things as you can all while trying to avoid the previously mentioned items. IMHO, I'd say keep those items out of GW because the 'extra stuff' is what ruined many games thus the reason why I stopped playing them. Games aren't about the stuff you get, it's about having fun. A never-ending quest for 'stuff' is not fun for me.
